It was incorporated in the year 1984 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Sant Marti Sarroca, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the following activities: spinning of yarn; manufacturing thread of any fiber; texturizing, throwing, twisting, and winding purchased yarn or manmade fiber filaments; and producing hemp yarn and further processing into rope or bags. In addition, the company's products are marketed and sold in the Spain in cooperation with its partners and affiliated companies.
